Extended Arms Adult Family Home LLC

Our Adult Family Homes is a place where 4 adults reside and receive care, treatment, or services. This may include up to 7 hours per week of nursing care per resident. Our motto is, “Extending the Love and Professional Care that your Loved Ones Deserve”. Services available to our clients includes supportive home care, meals and snacks, personal care and supervision, transportation, recreational and social activities, behavior and social supports, and daily living skills training. We also coordinate with other services received by the clients and providers, including health care services, vocational or day services. We are licensed to serve clients that are advanced age, Dementia/Alzheimer, developmentally disabled, emotionally disturbed, alcohol and drug dependent, physically disabled, and traumatic brainy injury.
