Health Connections

Health Connections Inc (HCI) is a healthcare firm with the goal of health care access and health equity for all but especially for vulnerable populations. HCI provides clinic services of Primary Care, HIV and Transgender Health. Additionally HCI's The COVID Division provides free COVID Education, Testing and Vaccinations to Greater Milwaukee County via in-home, drive-thru, community event-based and churches.
